Our experienced delivery and assembly team will build your garden furniture frames safely and securely, place the items in your preferred location, and carry out a basic visual check to ensure the furniture is level, secure and ready to enjoy.
In most cases, delivery and assembly are completed during the same appointment. However, depending on your location and route scheduling, assembly may occasionally be arranged separately after delivery.
What’s Included
Our garden furniture assembly service includes:
- Delivery of your garden furniture set
- Full unpacking of the main furniture items
- Assembly of sofa frames, dining sets, loungers, chairs, stools and table frames
- Placement of the assembled furniture in your preferred location, provided the area is safe and accessible
- A quick visual check to ensure the furniture frames are level, secure and correctly assembled
- Packaging neatly stacked to one side for you to dispose of
Some garden furniture sets include a fire pit table. Where this applies, our assembly service covers the assembly of the table frame and furniture structure only.
For safety and liability reasons, our team does not connect, install, test, commission or operate gas components.
This means our team will not:
- Connect gas bottles
- Connect gas pipes, hoses or regulators
- Connect or test burners
- Carry out gas leak tests
- Commission or operate the fire pit
- Add lava rocks, stones, decorative media or burner accessories
- Carry out any gas safety checks
The customer is fully responsible for reading and following the manufacturer’s instruction manual before using the fire pit. All gas bottles, hoses, regulators, burners, lava rocks, covers and accessories must be positioned, connected and operated strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
Casa Maria accepts no responsibility for issues caused by incorrect gas connection, incorrect positioning of accessories, failure to follow the instruction manual, use of non-supplied parts, incorrect operation, or use of the fire pit with covers, lids or protective components in place.
What’s Not Included
Our garden furniture assembly service does not include:
- Connecting gas bottles, gas pipes, hoses, regulators or burners
- Testing, commissioning or operating gas fire pits
- Adding lava rocks, stones, decorative media or burner accessories
- Fitting free rain covers or protective weather covers
- Fitting or installing loose accessories unless specifically stated
- Electrical work
- Fixing items to walls, floors, decking or permanent structures
- Moving existing or old furniture
- Disposal of packaging, unless agreed separately with the drivers on the day
- Pergola installation (We offer this as a separate service)
Please note: this service applies to garden furniture only, including sofas, dining sets, loungers, chairs, stools, tables and similar items. It does not apply to pergolas. Pergolas require a separate specialist installation service.
Pre-Assembly Requirements
To ensure a smooth and efficient visit, please prepare your space before our team arrives.
1. Site Access
Please ensure there is clear and safe access for our team, including paths, gates, driveways and parking areas.
If access is restricted, unsafe, blocked, or the furniture cannot be moved safely to the assembly area, a failed visit charge may apply.
2. Suitable Assembly Area
Please ensure the area where the furniture is to be assembled is clear, accessible, stable and suitable for the furniture.
Our team cannot assemble furniture in an unsafe or unsuitable area.
3. Product Condition
Your furniture must remain in its original packaging until our installers arrive.
If the set has been previously unpacked, assembled, modified or moved, please notify us in advance.
Delivery & Assembly Timeframe
Delivery and assembly will take place within 10 working days from the advertised stocking date, unless otherwise stated.
Our team will contact you in advance to confirm your delivery and assembly date.
This service is only available to mainland UK customers.

Installation Booking & Cancellation Policy
Once your delivery and assembly date has been agreed and confirmed, our team allocates labour, vehicles, route planning and time specifically for your order.
If you cancel or postpone your appointment within 48 hours of the agreed date, the assembly charge will still apply.
This also applies if our team arrives and is unable to complete the assembly due to:
- Lack of access
- Unsafe or unsuitable assembly area
- The area not being ready
- Packaging requirements not being met
- The item having been unpacked, assembled or modified without notice
- Any other site-related issue outside of our control
In these cases, the appointment will be treated as a failed visit and charges will still apply.
Customer Responsibility
The customer must still carefully read and follow the manufacturer’s instruction manual.
